Hello and a big warm welcome! My name is Kahlee Norton and I’m so grateful to announce being Whole Nutrition’s new strength and conditioning Personal Trainer!
Growing up in a physically active and health-focused family, I developed an appreciation for the importance of health, well-being, and physical activity from a young age. Later on, I came to realise through experience that exercise is not just something you do - it’s a privilege that allows us to create and build the best version of ourselves. No matter what we’re going through in life, it will always be an outlet that makes any bad day a little bit better. That realisation sparked my passion to help others experience that same feeling.
At 17, I left school and began a three-year degree in Sport Science and Human Performance. This led me to become a Personal Trainer at Les Mills Hamilton, where I built an amazing client base and developed many of the skills and values that shape who I am in my career today.
Seeking new experiences, I spent the previous two years working on superyachts in Europe as a deckhand and personal trainer, providing personalised training sessions for high-profile clients and group sessions for superyacht crew. During that time, I continued to study, research, and explore a greater purpose - helping more people, particularly women navigating menopause.
Now, with five years of experience as a Personal Trainer and Wellbeing Coach, I’m here to help, encourage, and support clients on their health and fitness journeys. It doesn’t matter what stage you’re at - what matters is that you’re here, willing and ready to make a change!
